Lead CAD engineers in creating 3D data and 2D drawings while managing BOMs and DFMEA documentation. Coordinate technical resolutions, test plans, and design reviews with internal teams, suppliers, and automotive customers.
Candidates must be able to work independently using Inalfa processes and possess strong analysis and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in sunroof subcomponents, 3D/2D auditing, and global communication is required.

Supports Technical feasibiities & resolutions, under directions from Senior / Lead engineer.1.Lead CAD engineer to create 3D data and 2D drawing
2.BOM creation and management
3.DFMEA creation and maintenance
4.DV and PV test plan creation and follow test status, and solve issue happening during test
5.Communication with customer product engineer for any technical issues, reply customer questions in time
6.Lead internal and external engineering change and follow status
7.Lead internal design review, cooperate with AME finish DFA (Design for assembly) or DFM (design for manufactory) analysis
8.Lead external design review with supplier
9.Lead components OTS process and final approval
10.Lead building on work line, and solve any engineering issues during sample production
11.Customer on-site technical support and issue solution
- Able to work independently with Inalfa working process
- Strong analysis, problem solving skills, able to lead complicated problem solving
- Familiar with major subcomponents’ knowledge
- Able to audit all kinds of 3D&2D related to sunroof
- Able to make development plan and keep it under control
- Capable of risk management and report skill to supervisor
- Good communication with internal and external globally
