The Scrum Master acts as an agile coach for CDT/GRC teams to ensure the predictable delivery of cybersecurity risk, control, and compliance initiatives. Key duties include facilitating scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and collaborating with Product Owners to refine security-focused backlogs.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in computer science and 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or cybersecurity environments. Preferred qualifications include CSM or PSM certifications and familiarity with GRC frameworks like NIST and ISO 27001.
