The phlebotomist is responsible for performing venipuncture and monitoring the pheresis process to ensure efficient plasma collection. They also maintain equipment, document donor data, and ensure a safe, clean environment in compliance with SOPs and FDA guidelines.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of experience as a phlebotomist. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment are required.
