The Wellness Coordinator originates and directs fitness and physical wellness programs for residents and staff within a senior living community. Responsibilities include managing fitness center operations, leading group classes, and developing individualized fitness plans.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and a current ACSM certification, along with CPR and First Aid certifications. At least two years of experience in direct fitness programming and experience working with senior adults are required.
