Michels Corporation engages 10,000 people and 18,000 pieces of heavy equipment in our insatiable drive to be the best. Our work improves lives. Find out how a career as a Training Partner - Field Operations can change yours.
As a Training Partner - Field Operations, you will serve as a consultative partner to the business—working closely with operational leaders, HR Partners, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and deliver practical, high-impact training. You will translate real jobsite and business needs into engaging, applicable learning experiences that drive development across both field and office environments. In this role, you will identify skill gaps, partner with SMEs to build relevant, field-ready content, and develop targeted learning solutions. You will act as a bridge between technical expertise and learning best practices, building strong partnerships to ensure alignment, credibility, and impact. You will deliver engaging training, facilitate discussions that drive real-world application, and tailor your approach to diverse audiences—from jobsite leaders to experienced professionals. Learning solutions will span facilitator-led, blended, and on-demand formats, supported by clear, practical materials. You will also evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine programs to maximize impact. Success in this role requires a self-motivated, accountable professional who can operate with limited supervision while leveraging L&D expertise paired with construction knowledge to drive growth, enhance performance, and support career development. The anticipated salary range is $94,000 - $129,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data.
