The Proposal Coordinator will communicate with Project Managers and Estimators to manage project needs and ensure compliance with bid and contract terms. They are responsible for maintaining detailed job files and assisting in the preparation and submittal of bids, contracts, and reports.
Candidates must hold an Associate or Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 2 years of experience in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with proposal processes within the construction industry are required.

As a Proposal Coordinator, you will effectively communicate with Project Managers and Estimators to stay informed of project needs while helping satisfy the terms and conditions of bids and contracts with the customer. Maintain detailed and organized bids and job files. Assist with the preparation, review and submittal of bids, contracts, RFIs and reports in accordance with division and company policies and procedures.
