Vous êtes en cours de formation à l’école d’avocats ou titulaire d’un troisième cycle en droit social ou à dominante droit social (DPRT, DJCE ou d’une école de commerce) ?
Vous avez une ou plusieurs expérience(s) dans un département ou service spécialisé en droit social?
Vous vous distinguez par votre esprit d’équipe, votre rigueur rédactionnelle, votre capacité d’organisation et votre réactivité ?
En collaboration avec le responsable des affaires sociales : Vous effectuerez des recherches documentaires et juridiques, vous réaliserez la veille juridique, rédigerez des notes et participerez à la préparation des commissions et des formations des RRH et des managers.
Vous assisterez également le responsable dans sa gestion des situations individuelles et précontentieuse.
Parmi les domaines traités par l’équipe : relations sociales, négociation collective, mise en place de nouvelles organisations, gestion RH au quotidien, projets groupe, contentieux individuels, sécurité sociale, santé et sécurité, épargne salariale, etc.
Afin de faciliter votre intégration, nous vous proposerons une formation à l’histoire et aux valeurs de la Maison au sein de L’École des Arts Joailliers.

Buccellati is a historical high-jewelry and silversmithing Maison, renowned for our craftsmanship and the uniqueness of our creations. Distinctive is the use of rare stones with extraordinary colors and the use of white and yellow gold. Buccellati creations stand out for their design and for the techniques used to create them, such as the hand-engraving techniques, dating back to the ancient goldsmithing traditions of the Italian “bottega” during the Renaissance times. The shapes of the collections are all inspired the historical archive drawings and by the very first creations of the founder, Mario Buccellati. Today the Maison is owned by Richemont and the Buccellati family is still present in the company with top managerial functions, ready for our next 100 years of history.
