• Analyze historical data to forecast future staffing needs; • Develop and maintain real-time and long-term staffing plans; • Monitor and adjust scheduling to meet service level goals; • Collaborate with management to optimize workforce performance; • Identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
