The Mortgage Consultant manages an active pipeline of loan applications to ensure maximum monthly closings while consulting consumers through the entire loan process. They are responsible for building relationships with clients and partners, maintaining regulatory knowledge, and achieving production goals.
Candidates should have at least two years of mortgage origination or loan operations experience and possess strong sales and customer service skills. Applicants must be prepared to register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS and meet all federal and state S.A.F.E. Act requirements.

The Mortgage Consultant is responsible for attaining all department goals by consulting consumers through the loan application, follow-up, interest rate lock, and through the loan closing process. Other responsibilities include communicating with Realtors, Mortgage Operations team, and Customer Experience team.

Position Title: Mortgage Consultant
Salary Range: $40,000/yr USD base salary plus competitive incentive structure

Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or non full-time employees
Salary ranges may vary based on location, market conditions, and other factors such as experience and qualifications. The final compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on these considerations.
