The Host serves as the primary brand ambassador, responsible for warmly greeting guests and guiding them through the Still Austin Quarter venue. They also support venue operations by managing guest flow, addressing service needs, and maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the space.
Candidates must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Required certifications include a current TABC Certification and a Texas Food Handler’s Certification.

Still Austin Whiskey Co. is a homegrown distillery in the heart of Austin, and we use only pure, Texas-grown ingredients. At Still, we’re committed to doing the right thing—period. That means we reject corporate fakeness and we never compromise quality. We “raise” our barrels from birth to maturity, allowing the spirits to endure the wild swings of Texas weather, resulting in layer upon layer of depth and character. We know the farmers who grow our grains, and we are steeped in respect for the distilling process. Most of our spirits are released in small, limited-barrel batches, and all grains are stored at the distillery and milled freshly before each cook. From mill to still, it’s all made from scratch.
