The District Manager oversees multiple seasonal retail locations, managing vendor relations, staffing, and operational performance. They are responsible for driving sales goals, ensuring staff training, and maintaining company standards across their designated geographic area.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least four years of relevant work experience in retail or service management. The role requires the ability to travel, work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and lift up to 25 pounds.

As District Manager (DM), you will create the magic by overseeing multiple locations within a designated geographic area as a seasonal team leader. This includes being responsible for vendor relations, employee relations, staffing, scheduling and learning and development.
