We're looking for an organized and customer focused Work From Home Travel Planner to help clients plan unforgettable travel experiences while coordinating reservations, managing itineraries, and providing exceptional customer support. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, working with people, staying organized, and managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
In this role, you'll use established systems, digital tools, and comprehensive training to assist clients with planning vacations, coordinating travel logistics, managing booking details, and ensuring every itinerary is accurate from start to finish. You'll work independently while delivering outstanding service and creating seamless travel experiences.
What You'll Do
Plan and coordinate vacations, cruises, resorts, hotels, flights, tours, and transportation
Create customized travel itineraries based on each client's preferences and budget
Research destinations, accommodations, attractions, and travel options
Coordinate reservations and monitor booking confirmations
Communicate with clients throughout the planning process to provide updates and answer questions
Review travel documents and itineraries for accuracy before departure
Maintain organized digital records and client files
Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
