The Senior Practice Manager (Licensed) oversees the administrative, clinical and financial operations in the outpatient rehabilitation department. Ensures the successful coordination and delivery of the day-to-day operations, including patient care, IT functions, medical record management, personnel recruitment and management, statistical monitoring of activities, QI initiatives, physician relations, compliance with regulatory requirements, ambulatory revenue cycle, operational budget management and promotional and marketing initiatives.
