The Quality Control Manager develops and manages the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Program to ensure compliance with contract requirements and organizational standards. This role involves conducting audits, monitoring performance, and driving continuous process improvement across the contract lifecycle.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 10 years of experience managing quality programs for Federal Government, DoD, or GSA contracts. An active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
The Opportunity:
The Quality Control (QC) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the program's Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Program to ensure compliance with contract requirements, organizational standards, and customer expectations. This position oversees quality assurance processes, conducts compliance reviews, monitors program performance, and drives continuous process improvement to ensure all contractual deliverables meet established quality standards. The Quality Control Manager serves as the primary point of contact for quality management activities and works closely with program leadership, government representatives, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence throughout the contract lifecycle.
