We ensure that our team members receive extensive training and development, are continuously set up for success, and feel welcomed in our Firebirds family! Never worked in a restaurant before but have a passion for learning more? It will be our pleasure to start you in a role where you can train and develop skillsets to become a hospitality expert!
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area.
Operate the dish machine efficiently while maintaining proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift to maintain standards.
Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean disposal areas.
Maintain dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation.
Complete prep tasks and support kitchen team members as needed.
Follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
Work as part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.
