The Produce and Floral Manager is responsible for overseeing department inventory, pricing accuracy, and operational efficiency. They also lead, train, and motivate team members while ensuring high-quality guest service and product presentation.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to follow planograms and merchandising layouts are required.

As the Produce-Floral Manager, you are taking the lead in managing department inventory, pricing integrity and other operational processes that require significant attention to detail. This is a fast-paced position that requires efficiency and effectiveness and a passion for excellence to deliver results.
The pay range for this position is $21.16 - $26.45 per hour.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
