Total target compensation: approximately $84,000–$102,000 annually.

As our General Manager, you'll lead every aspect of our Beverly restaurant—from developing your team and delivering exceptional guest experiences to achieving financial goals and operational excellence.
You'll coach, mentor, and inspire your team while creating a workplace where teammates feel respected, supported, and motivated to do their best work every day.

Ensure accurate cash handling and administrative processes
Monitor inventory, food quality, and food safety standards
Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and operating at its best

What You'll Bring
Must be at least 21 years old
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Experience managing restaurant financials, labor, and inventory
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work 45–50 hours per week in an exempt leadership role
Ability to travel to Home Run Inn restaurant locations within a 35-mile driving radius when needed
Ability to obtain and maintain required state and local certifications
Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
