The Tortilla Molinero is responsible for operating tortilla processing machinery and maintaining a well-stocked, clean department. They must provide superior customer service while ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Candidates must possess a valid Food Handlers Card and demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence. Previous retail experience is considered desirable for this role.

The Tortilla Molinero is responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. The individual will prepare, package, and merchandise fresh product on a daily basis while maintaining company core values.
