The Assistant Corporate Director of Finance manages daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls for managed hotel properties. This role also supports the Corporate Director of Finance in budgeting, policy implementation, and ensuring financial compliance across the organization.
Candidates must have three to five years of progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably within the hotel industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes are required.
Position Summary
The Assistant Corporate Director of Finance supports the Corporate Director of Finance in overseeing the centralized accounting and financial control functions for PAH Management's managed hotel properties. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of accounting operations, timely and accurate financial closing and reporting cycles, financial controls, tax compliance, and the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. This position requires a high level of integrity, confidentiality, analytical ability, and attention to detail while ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies and applicable requirements.
