The Inside Transportation Specialist coordinates vehicle movements using a TMS platform and ensures timely deliveries while maintaining high customer service standards. They are responsible for dispatching transport orders, processing key account orders, and validating data integrity to prevent operational issues.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree preferred. The role requires strong critical thinking skills, tech-savviness, and the ability to work on-site in Tempe, Arizona.
We're looking for a dynamic Inside Transportation Specialist to ensure timely vehicle deliveries and top-notch customer service. You'll coordinate vehicle movements using our TMS Platform, working closely with ADESA auction sites and customers.
