Job Description
The Executive Assistant role entails working to provide support to theChief Operating Officer of Blackstone Private Wealth. The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:
Managing highly complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, confirming appointments, and partnering closely with other assistants to ensure seamless business coordination.
Answering calls and serving as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinating meetings and calls across multiple stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to frequent changes and shifting priorities.
Arranging and managing intensive domestic and international travel, including maintaining detailed travel spreadsheets and preparing comprehensive trip packets.
Providing detailed itineraries and ensuring all travel logistics are planned, communicated, and executed flawlessly.
Preparing, reviewing, and submitting complex expense reports with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
Coordinating and driving various culture initiatives.
Supporting a wide range of ad hoc and special projects as needed.
Qualifications

Expected annual base salary range:
$120,000 - $165,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the roleconsist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
