The primary role of this position is to lead a team of manufacturing professionals responsible for assembly and test process development, product launch in the factory, and the integration of new products into existing manufacturing lines. This role supports both new products and legacy manufacturing processes. Work is performed by a centralized manufacturing-focused team where a considerable amount of creativity and initiative is exercised as well as a high level of independent judgment. The role requires strong technical knowledge as this person will serve as the technical advisor for their team and the manufacturing organization.
