A Casual Teacher at Reddam House plays a pivotal role in guiding students through their critical educational journey. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction in one or more subjects aligned with the NESA curriculum. The teacher is tasked with inspiring academic excellence, fostering intellectual curiosity, and supporting the personal development of students. By creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and contributing to the broader school community, the teacher ensures that each student is empowered to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally. Strong assessment and evaluation skills, with the ability to monitor and report on student progress accurately.
Experience in organising and supervising school activities and events.
Proficient in using educational technologies and creative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.

Provide lunch & playground cover and assist with pick up and drop off duties.
A willingness to attend school events outside regular hours as required (e.g., performances, parent-teacher interviews, etc.).
