You bring a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset and enjoy working across teams to deliver practical outcomes that support business success.
To be successful, you will bring:
Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring or facilitating learning programs
Experience creating and implementing training materials and support resources
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across diverse groups
The ability to translate technical concepts into practical, engaging and user-friendly solutions
