Your next career opportunity: 
In this role, you will lead design and delivery of Asialink Business Academy and Leaders programs. You will shape Australia’s Asia capability, working with expert facilitators and diverse clients across sectors and government. 

What you will deliver: 

  • Design, maintain and continuously improve Academy training course content to meet evolving industry learning and development needs. 

  • Project manage end-to-end delivery of Academy training programs, including planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management and evaluation. 

  • Coordinate preparation of training program documentation, proposals and learning materials, ensuring professional formatting and quality control. 

  • Engage and support facilitators, subject matter experts and clients to ensure interactive, outcomes-focused learning experiences. 

  • Contribute to quality processes, budget tracking and cross-team initiatives across Asialink Business and broader Asialink. 
     

You may be a great fit if you: 

  • Bring proven experience managing end-to-end learning programs for in-person, virtual and hybrid delivery environments. 

  • Demonstrate high proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and design tools such as InDesign or Canva. 

  • Use a range of digital platforms and technologies to support facilitator-led online, in person and blended programs (hybrid). 

  • Operate with strong organisation, attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement within tight timelines. 

  • Prepare clear, insightful written reports and program summaries for corporate, SME and government clients. 

  • Hold or develop strong interest in Asia, regional trade dynamics and cross-cultural business engagement.
