Your next career opportunity: In this role, you will lead design and delivery ofAsialinkBusiness Academy and Leaders programs. You will shape Australia’s Asia capability, working with expert facilitators and diverse clients across sectors and government.
What you will deliver:
Design,maintainand continuously improve Academytrainingcourse content to meet evolving industry learning and development needs.
Project manage end-to-end delivery of Academytrainingprograms, including planning, scheduling, reporting, riskmanagementand evaluation.
Coordinate preparation oftrainingprogram documentation, proposals and learning materials, ensuring professional formatting and quality control.
Engage and support facilitators, subject matterexpertsand clients to ensure interactive, outcomes-focused learning experiences.
Contribute to quality processes, budgettrackingand cross-team initiatives acrossAsialinkBusiness and broaderAsialink.

Bring proven experience managing end-to-end learning programs for in-person, virtual and hybrid delivery environments.
Demonstrate highproficiencyin PowerPoint, Excel,Wordand design tools such as InDesign or Canva.
Use a range of digital platforms and technologies to support facilitator-led online, inpersonand blended programs(hybrid).
