Sydney Opera House Presents (SOHP) is the Opera House's in-house programming department, delivering more than 150 events annually across Contemporary Music, Talks & Ideas, Children, Families & Creative Learning, Dance, Classical Music, Contemporary Performance, First Nations performance, Cinema screenings, and Festivals.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
To be successful in this role you will have:
Passion for the performing arts, with experience supporting artists in arts, production, stage management, travel, logistics, or artist liaison environments.
Proven ability to provide high-level administrative and operational support in busy, fast-paced settings while remaining calm under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and experience engaging effectively with artists and stakeholders.
Excellent organisational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of databases/event management software, procurement processes, budgeting, financial management and a valid WWCC clearance.
