About the role
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers? We’re seeking a Vehicle Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
Key responsibilities
Driving a Coles Services company vehicle around the carpark and local area, collecting trolleys and returning them to our in-store trolley bays – whatever the weather.
Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens and drains.
About you and your skills
A full unrestricted Australian drivers’ license and a safe driving record. (you’ll be required to obtain a full driver license history check)
Working both indoors and outdoors, you’ll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting
A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
A passion for working safely and abide by Coles Safe work practices
The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic
To be active – you’ll be constantly on the go and may require to do some moderate to heavy lifting, reaching and pushing
Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends). We have a variety of shifts available between 5am and 11pm 7 days a week
