The receptionist will manage appointments, handle phone enquiries, and process payments while ensuring a clean and safe clinical environment. They will also support the practice manager and dentists to foster teamwork and efficient dental centre operations.
Candidates should have proven experience in a customer-facing receptionist role, with dental centre experience being highly regarded. Proficiency in computerised dental systems and strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with patients.
As an experienced Receptionist, you will work closely with the clinicians by managing appointments and booking enquiries and handling incoming phone calls. With high quality clinical care and ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues, you will contribute to the culture of the Dental Centre as an HCF brand advocate.
