It is a sales-focused team who speak on the phone with potential clients to understand their needs, help them feel comfortable, position our firm as a solution to their needs and sign them as new clients. While this is a sales position, there are no cold-calls required - you will be working with clients who have reached out to us.

Insurance companies are prepared to work with you when you’ve been injured in an accident, but their agenda is different from yours. While your job is to get physically, emotionally and financially back on your feet, their job is to minimize the amount they pay out on your behalf. Sadly, insurance companies are loyal to their shareholders, not their insureds. Although their customer service and slick TV commercials might suggest that they have your best interest in mind, they are not on your side. The less money they are required pay out on your behalf, the more money they make. The job of an Advocate is to turn the tables on the insurance companies and give you control of your own recovery. The Advocates are experienced when it comes to insurance tactics and know how to make sure their clients are treated fairly.
