CRM & Deal Management

• System Hygiene: Create and update master data, configure new deals, and maintain the

client Purchase Order (PO) ledger in the CRM.

• Lifecycle Tracking: Dynamically update deal records, contract rates, data feeds, pricing

scenarios, and milestones (including UAT sign-off and Go-Live timelines).

• Pipeline Audit: Conduct regular reviews of customer records to ensure the CRM reflects

real-time ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)

metrics.

• Manage and Update renewals in the CRM in a timely manner

Monthly Billing Operations

• Data Compilation: Extract, validate, and compile monthly customer

usage/consumption metrics for precise invoice preparation.

• Cross-Department Alignment: Coordinate seamlessly with Finance and

Accounts to deliver accurate billing inputs within strict monthly cut-offs.

• Workflow Automation: Build, scale, and manage automated email

communications using AI-assisted tools and digital outreach templates.

Analytics, MIS & Reporting

• Data Alignment: Perform routine cross-checks between legal contract terms, POs, and

CRM data to ensure absolute data alignment.

• Populate monthly utilisation data and update invoice records in the MIS

• Dashboard Management: Build and maintain weekly/monthly sales trackers,

renewal pipelines, and contract aging sheets for leadership visibility.

• Extract, organise, and analyse reports from the CRM; classify and summarise data for

management reporting

• Prepare and share MIS dashboards and monthly reports with internal stakeholders,

highlighting key trends, etc.

• Insights Generation: Utilize AI tools, advanced spreadsheet functions to to

improve the speed, accuracy and synthesize raw CRM data into actionable

executive presentations.

• Support ad hoc data requests and management presentations with accurate, well-

structured data and analysis

Client Relationship & Renewals

Proactive Engagement:

• Follow up proactively with clients, track subscription timelines to initiate renewal

conversations and secure client POs well ahead of expiration.

• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients through timely and

responsive communication

• Act as a point of contact for client queries related to renewals, billing, and subscription

status, ensuring prompt resolution

• Identify, flag, and escalate high-risk or delayed account renewals to the Management.

Expansion Insights:

• Monitor customer usage patterns during the renewal window to spot and flag potential

upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

• Maintain an up-to-date renewals tracker and ensure all CRM renewal records are current

and accurate

Process Improvement, Automation & AI Integration

• Identify repetitive manual tasks in billing and data entry to propose smart workflow automations.

• Utilize AI productivity tools /assistants to draft crisp client communications, review and

maintain data hygiene, etc.

• Enhance Excel and Google Sheets trackers using advanced functions, macros, or scripts

to improve team operating efficiency.

• Map, update, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), identify

process improvements to reduce service turnaround times.

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data entry, LOOKUP,

pivot tables, etc.

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and the ability to maintain accurate records and

navigate system workflows

• Basic familiarity with AI tools / assistants, for drafting communications, summarising data,

and improving task efficiency

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record maintenance

• Good written and verbal communication skills for client follow-up and internal co-ordination

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines

• Self-motivated with a proactive and digitally-aware approach to task ownership and

problem-solving

• Prior exposure to billing, subscription management, billing processes

• Experience working in a SaaS, Software, IT Product or technology company.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context

• Familiarity with data visualisation or reporting tools
