We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join a growing support team. In this role, you’ll handle customer calls, identify patterns, surface operational issues, and escalate insights that improve both customer and client experience.
What you’ll do:
Handle inbound customer support calls
Communicate with English-speaking restaurant clients when needed
Identify recurring issues and escalation risks
Provide clear, actionable summaries to internal teams
Track patterns and proactively surface insights
Strong spoken and written English
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
High ownership and attention to detail
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Analytical
Open to shifting schedules
Bonus if you have:
Escalation or client-facing support experience
