In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Manage the centralized mailbox by ensuring that all emails not processed through the automated (AI-enabled) system are properly logged and promptly routed to the appropriate individual or team. 
• Accurately log and record all relevant information and documentation in accordance with established world area Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes. 
• Identity, document, and report automation gaps within the centralized mailbox, including system behavior versus expected outcomes, error messages, prompts, and other observed deviations

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to work on a 6-month fixed-term contract
