The Patient Care Technician manages the flow between front-end reception and clinical operations, performing vital signs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing. They also handle patient registration, document medical histories, and conduct occupational medicine screenings.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience as a PCT or equivalent healthcare certification. Preferred certifications include EMT Basic or Medical Assistant (CCMA, CMA, or RMA).
