Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, with a strong preference for previous supervisory experience. Must possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
The Project Supervisor HVAC – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Division is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, providing technical guidance, and ensuring commercial refrigeration and air conditioning projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company and customer standards. This role provides leadership and support to technicians, coordinates field activities, and ensures quality workmanship, productivity, and compliance with safety requirements.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, field supervision, troubleshooting, and team coordination. This position works closely with technicians, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to support successful project execution and operational excellence.
