Candidates must hold an architecture degree with the ability to be licensed in Alberta and possess at least 15 years of experience, preferably in the healthcare market. A recognized healthcare planner certification is considered a desirable asset.

Responsibilities
As the Regional Sector Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Healthcare projects within the Alberta region. You will work collaboratively with the Western Managing Principal to establish market growth within the region – targeting new client development that is aligned with the growth objectives. Additionally, this role will identify local client retention strategies and ensure that project-specific goals are met and leveraged both regionally and nationally to help build the sector.
