The Quality Control Specialist will lead internal QA/QC audits, ensure compliance with provincial regulations and ABSA standards, and maintain robust documentation systems. They will also mentor teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives across Western Canadian operations.
Candidates must have a process-driven mindset with deep expertise in process piping systems and relevant codes like CSA B31.9 and B31.5. A proven track record in leading multi-province QA/QC audits and established relationships with ABSA are essential.

We’re looking for a highly process-driven, detail-obsessed Quality Control Specialist to join our team and help drive consistency, compliance, and quality across Western Canada.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Field Leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure our quality programs meet legislative requirements, ABSA standards, and customer expectations—every time.
You’ll take ownership of quality control processes, documentation systems, audits, and compliance initiatives, while playing a key role in continuous improvement and new product development.
We are looking for someone who brings more than experience—you bring ownership and authority in quality:
✔ Extremely process-driven mindset – you build, follow, and improve systems
✔ Exceptional documentation skills – accuracy is your standard
✔ Detail-oriented to the core – nothing gets missed
✔ Strong understanding of process piping systems
✔ Current, working knowledge of CSA B31.9 & B31.5 codes
✔ Deep understanding of ABSA requirements, with an established relationship with ABSA
✔ Proven track record of leading and spearheading QA/QC audits across multiple provinces
✔ Outstanding auditing and compliance expertise
✔ High level of accountability and ownership
✔ Ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams across geographically dispersed operations
Experience in Commercial Refrigeration a major asset.
