The Site Superintendent is responsible for overall construction site management, including supervising site teams and coordinating trades, materials, and inspections. They must ensure strict adherence to health and safety policies, quality control standards, and project schedules.
Candidates need 5+ years of construction management experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience. Required knowledge includes CCDC contracts, building codes, safety regulations, and certifications in First Aid/CPR and WHMIS.
