The Field Safety Advisor is responsible for developing and implementing project-specific safety plans and ensuring compliance with provincial health and safety legislation. Key duties include conducting site inspections, managing hazard assessments, and monitoring subcontractor safety performance.
Candidates must have over 5 years of OHS leadership experience in the energy sector and hold an active National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certification. Professional accreditations such as CRSP, CUSP, or CHSE are considered an asset.

Reporting to the Manager, HSE, the Safety Advisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting all field management and staff.
In this position, you will apply your experience in OHS leadership, safe work methodology, and standardized best practices, to support our projects and trade staff in Saskatchewan.
