The Lead Engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure. The Watch Engineer serves as the primary technical expert on-site and collaborates closely with property management and vendors.
Pay: $56.52 per hour/weekly pay.
