The Comfort Advisor conducts in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC needs and present suitable product solutions to homeowners. They are responsible for preparing accurate estimates and closing sales to meet or exceed company targets.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of successful sales experience and a proven track record of meeting targets. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
