The Electrical Detail Technician supports production managers by preparing job sites for inspections and completing punch list repairs. They also assist in training staff, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring electrical installations meet quality and code standards.
Candidates must have prior residential electrical experience and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision are required.
Description
As a Detail Tech, you will work alongside industry experts to ensure the successful completion of all installations. More specifically, you will support production/area managers by assisting multiple assigned superintendents in preparing houses for stage completion for each trade as applicable. Most importantly, as a Detail Tech you will be responsible for completing assigned punch items that will ensure each stage is ready to pass formal inspections. The ideal candidate would be experienced in the trades, driven, deadline oriented, and will have a strong desire to grow and learn in a fast-paced industry.
