The Corporate Workplace groupis responsible forthe portfolio-wide spaceutilizationstrategy focusing on long-termobjectives, execution and implementation of approvedstrategyand tactical planning decisions.
Design and Construction
TheDesign & Constructionteamis responsible forall construction projects such as renovation and new work that is undertaken at all PNCmajor buildings, retail branches,and affiliate buildings. This group directs the activities of design professionals, general contractors, construction managers, internal servicepartnersand other vendors.
Operations
The Operations groupis responsible forday-to-day management of facilities and mechanical support. The teamis responsible forproperty and project management, building safety, disaster remediation, workordersand asset preservation. Additionally, sub-teams include Guest Services, ADA/Compliance, as well as Mechanical,Engineeringand Plumbing (MEP).

Realty Services' Real Estate Development team leadsthe site selection and acquisition of newbranchreal estate.
Risk and Governance
Risk and Governance isa centralized team thatiscomprisedof several sub-segments servicing key Realty Services needs whilemaintaininga moderate risk profile. Sub-segmentsinclude:Risk& Compliance, VendorManagement,Procurement,Project Financials, Environmental Services,Energy &Sustainability, and Enterprise Real Estate Project Management.)
Transactions
The Transactionsspecializesin portfolio management, siteselection, contract negotiation, disposition, acquisition, payments, lease audit, reconciliation,abstractionand leasing. They manage all building and land transactions for owned and leased retail and major building properties where PNC serves as both tenant and landlord.
