Manage a residential portfolio of nearly 400 units, focusing on rent collection, lease enforcement, and tenant lifecycle management. Represent ownership in Pennsylvania magistrate court for eviction proceedings and coordinate maintenance and vendor escalations.
Requires 3+ years of residential property management experience and direct experience with Pennsylvania eviction proceedings. Must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and proficiency in property management software, preferably RentManager.
