Essential duties and responsibilities:
o Painting, plumbing, carpentry work, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
o Cleaning and maintaining pool by emptying skimmers, testing chemicals, maintaining logs.
o Light electrical repairs on items such as, appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, circuits, and ensures that all routine lighting inspections are completed and burnt-out bulbs are being replaced as necessary.
o Door locks, re-keying, P.O. boxes and locks
o Following service process through to completion then inspects work for conformance to specifications and standards and ensures resident satisfaction.
