The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preparing make-ready apartments, completing service requests, and performing common area maintenance. The role focuses on enhancing community integrity while maintaining high safety standards and exceptional customer service.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade. Required certifications include EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO, along with a valid driver's license and basic hand tools.

Expect a great amount of interaction with customers, residents and guests, therefore maintaining a high level of customer service is imperative to the success of this position.

Work Environment:
Work is performed throughout residential apartment communities, including occupied
units, vacant apartments, exterior grounds, and maintenance areas. Position regularly involves exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, power tools, and moving mechanical equipment.
Requires frequent physical activity including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Regularly lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls tools, appliances, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds. Position involves exposure to varying weather conditions, maintenance equipment, chemicals, and other environmental conditions associated with property maintenance operations.
