Leads and coordinates the overall management of assigned construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include reviewing contract documents, monitoring master schedules, and managing client relationships to exceed profit goals.
Requires a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have a proven track record of managing construction projects from conception to completion, including design-build experience.
