The Sr Scheduler coordinates the project team in preparing and updating overall project schedules, baselines, and progress tracking tools. They analyze schedule variances, manage critical path logic, and provide guidance to junior schedulers to ensure project timelines are met.
Requires 10-15 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Mandatory expertise in Primavera P6 EPPM or Oracle Primavera Cloud is required, with a preference for PMI or AACEi certifications.

The Sr Scheduler is responsible for coordinating the Project Team in the preparation and updating of the Overall Project Schedule and all other time and progress-related activities, including but not limited to, Baseline Schedule preparation, weekly/monthly schedule updates, schedule and schedule variance analysis, progress tracking, and change management of their assigned project. This position is intended to perform the activities assigned in autonomy, but in continuous coordination with the Project Team.
The Sr Scheduler might need to coordinate a team of Schedulers and Jr Schedulers in performing the activities, depending on the size and complexity of the project. This position will coordinate the Project Team in the planning and scheduling of design and construction projects.
