The Senior Project Manager provides overall planning, coordination, and direction for construction projects in the education sector from identification through closeout. This includes acting as the primary liaison for owners and managing project controls, costs, and performance activities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture with at least 12 years of total project management experience. Proficiency in project-related systems like Prolog and Primavera is required, while professional registration as an Architect or PE is preferred.

The Senior Project Manager provides the overall planning, coordination, and direction for project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs, specifications, cost, and schedule, from initial project identification through construction closeout. May supervise office/field administrative staff, project/field engineers, assistant project/construction managers, project/construction managers and other assigned staff. This position will support construction in the Education Sector.
