The maintenance technician is responsible for completing work orders, apartment turnovers, and general repairs to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. They must also maintain building safety standards and document all maintenance activities.
Candidates must have at least one year of previous maintenance experience and a high school diploma. Additional certifications such as HVAC or CMRP are considered an advantage.
