The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, apartment turnovers, and routine repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. They must also maintain building safety standards and document all work performance and material procurement.
Candidates must have at least one year of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician and a high school diploma. Additional relevant certifications such as HVAC or CMRP are considered an advantage.
